Stewardship Development
Association seeks to provide quality stewardship materials designed to specifically meet
the needs of a wide range of church styles . Many stewardship products offered through
Stewardship Direct are designed for the traditional church. These include items that are
usually associated with a stewardship publication company - tracts and bulletin inserts.
However, Stewardship Direct seeks to provide materials that will assist a church in all
areas of stewardship development - tithing information, giving information, training
materials for financial leaders, Sunday School & small group lessons, and sermons.
Budget information is designed to assist a church to move to the next level of church
budget: from no budget to basic budget; from basic budget to ministry based budget; and
from ministry based budget to mission based budget.
One product will not meet the needs of all churches. Therefore SDA offers several products
for the non-traditional church and new church starts. And many more are being developed.
Stewardship Direct is the marketing division of the Stewardship Development Association, a
national organization of stewardship leaders from all 50 states, the District of Columbia,
and Canada. SDA has been in existance to promote stewardship for over 40 years.
